Borrow the splitter. Lend the drill.
A Lend Circle is a private library of tools, gear and gadgets shared between people who trust each other. You list what you own, members book it on a calendar, and everyone owns less stuff that sits in a shed.

What is a Lend Circle?
The same private, invite-only space as a Personal Circle — but instead of buying and selling, you share. Lets create a circular economy that relies on sharing, instead of wasteful consumerism.
Members can add items they're happy to lend (tools, camping gear, party supplies, trailers), set whether it's pickup or delivery, and the circle does the rest. Only those in your circle, your most trusted friends or family can see and book your items.
Bookings sit on a shared calendar so nobody double-books the pressure washer the weekend everyone's cleaning the driveway.
Lending Circle Ideas
Need to cut down a small tree, but don't have a chainsaw? Dave next door has one.
Having a party, and need an urn so people can have hot drinks? Or want some Festoon Lighting to create the atmosphere? Sally the school mum has some!
Your daughter is getting married, and you can't afford a new dress? Louise from church is the same size as you, and has one you can borrow. She even has shoes!
Heading off to do Tassie to do Cradle Mt, but need an ultralight tent? Chris from Auskick has one he's not using that weekend. Hit him up.
How it works
Invite the people you'd happily lend a $200 tool to. Add rules if you want.
Photo, condition, pickup or delivery. Tick the box confirming you're happy to lend it.
Anyone in the circle requests dates. The owner approves or declines in one tap.
Hand it over, get it back, mark it returned. Suspend any item that's out of action.
Why start one
Most tools live in a shed 99% of the time. Pool them and everyone wins.
No more group texts asking who's got the trailer this weekend.
Approve every borrower, suspend items anytime, and confirm you're happy to lend before listing.
Only members can see, request or book. Nothing is public.
Get the gear out of the shed.
Start a Lend Circle in a minute. Invite the neighbours, list a couple of items, you're away.
